We hope you love your purchase from Mochara, however should you wish to return or exchange your item(s) we have made the process straightforward and hassle free for your convenience.  You may return your item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of your purchase, please refer to our refund policy for further details.

Select the items you would like to return and choose your shipping method.  You can generate a shipping label ormay also choose to arrange the return shipping yourself if you prefer.  

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item(s).

Exchanges

Exchanges are free, please select the item you wish to exchange and specify what you would like in return then generate your shipping label.

Your exchange will be processed and dispatched as soon as we receive your returned item(s).

Store Credits

We will email a Gift Card with the equivalent amount of your purchase once your returned item has been received.

Clearance & Black Friday Extra Discounts Items

Clearance and Black Friday Extra Discounts items are only eligible for exchanges or store credit. Clearance and Black Friday Extra Discounts exchanges are not eligible for free shipping.
