Hi, my name’s Tara and I am so excited to bring Mochara to the USA.

I launched Mochara in the UK in 2019 after completing university where I studied Equine Sports Science. Having kept my horse at university I was always struggling for time going between the barn, lectures and then maybe out with friends during recess and then back to the barn at the end of the day. I found that changing outfits so many times a day was a real drag!

The Mochara range is inspired by my love of all things equestrian but I have designed everything to be worn all day, for riding, at the gym, popping out for a dog walk, going out for a coffee with friends or just to chill out in at home.

All the clothes in the Mochara collection are practical, hard wearing and easy care and all the colours have been designed to be mixed and matched and styled together easily for today’s busy lifestyle.

Sustainability is also very important to me and you will find all your Mochara purchases arrive in packaging that is either recycled, recyclable or biodegradable.

A little bit more about the ‘Mochara name…

Mochara means ‘my friend’ in Gaelic, I am half Irish and I wanted to involve my horse Buddy in this venture from start to finish. Buddy is obviously my best friend and he just happens to be Irish too, the name seemed perfect and hopefully the rest is history…
